Students have again been putting their skills into practise and as part of the St Clare's catering team; Year 10 and 11 students set for the Taree TasteFest 2024, held at the Waterfront Restaurant last Friday, and conducted themselves in a very professional manner.



Once again, the students lead by example and received high praise from organisers of the festival, John Groen and Kim O’Toole from Taree Lions Club, as well as from the customers. The students are to be congratulated on their effort.
The students excelled throughout the day and night as they prepared the venue, all foods and waited on tables for 90 guests. Students worked from 11.30 am until 8.30 pm. They were very professional in the way they carried out their duties.
The dinner showcased local produce donated and also provided at a discount for the evening and the students had to create a menu using oysters, chicken, scotch fillets, and fruits for sweets.
