Gifted High Potential Art Workshop
On Wednesday 4 September, thirty of our high potential creative arts students had the opportunity to participate in a visual art workshop facilitated by local artist, Ali Haigh.
Ali specialises in printmaking and has previously taught at TAFE and worked in the Taree Art Gallery. Students were provided with expert tuition on the art of printmaking and were engaged in creating their own designs which they transferred onto lino to produce lino stamps. They combined their creative efforts to produce a visually alluring mural that will be displayed in our school premises.
