Kooper Hunt has served St Clare’s High School as the Science Laboratory Assistant for three years following his appointment at the commencement of the 2022 academic year.  We have been unbelievably fortunate to have had Kooper. 

As a Science Department, we express our heartfelt thanks for the calm, professional manner Kooper brought to our team.  He was a wonderful fit and invaluable for our faculty.  We are so very grateful for his humour, help with our resources, and we will all miss him terribly.

Kooper has recently completed a university doctorate in genetics and, as a result, his knowledge of Science has been exceptional.  His quiet efficiency, his preparedness to assist during practical work, and his personal love of learning have benefitted both students and teachers, especially seniors and new Science staff. 

It has been a pleasure working with Kooper due to his work ethic and technical skills.  He has an exceptional ability to quickly learn, a strong aptitude for teamwork, and exhibits rigorous attention to safety protocols. 

We wish Kooper well in his future as he moves to interim work with his extended family’s wholesale nursery enterprise while seeking employment in genetic research. 

Although we are sad to see him go, we are also excited to see what the future holds for Kooper with his PhD now in hand.
