Year 11 & 12 Earth & Environmental Science Excursion
On Friday, 7 May, Year 11 and 12 Earth and Environmental Science classes went out to the Port Macquarie Geotrail to complete their field study. On this excursion, students learnt about the different processes that certain rocks form under, how the plate tectonic supercycle affects this rock structure and how the movement of the plates occur. A great day was had by all despite the weather turning on us towards the end of the day. Thank you to Mrs Wood and Mrs Dunn for an excellent day!
