Over the past few weeks all the Hospitality classes have been busy completing practical assessment tasks.
Year 10 Hospitality
Year 10 Cupcake Assessment Task
The aim was to produce a specially decorated cupcake that exhibited outstanding decorating skills. The standard of student response was excellent. Students and myself, Mr Laurent, were very proud of their efforts. The young people's artistry and imagination is to be admired.
