Community Kitchen
Our lives seem to be more involved with ‘doing things’ and we can forget that not all people have the comfortable life we have. A group of Year 10 students, Elise Miles, Abbey Vella, Jack Yi, Bryce Young and Mr Masters took time out from their busy schedule to support the marginalised in our community. The students were amazing, each creating a dish for the nutritious lunch that was served. Their friendly faces and cheerful greetings were infectious and the people attending the kitchen went away not only with food but with uplifted spirits. These students were truly the face of Jesus in the community and showed the practical application of their faith. Well done to all the students and Mr Masters.
