Hospitality
Year7, 8, & 9 Food Technology and Year 11 Hospitality have produced some amazing creations in the last few weeks.
They designed wedding, birthday, and cakes for special occasions.



Year 11 Hospitality students planned and prepared a high tea, which was served and judged by a selection of teachers. The students worked in groups of two and were given two hours block to prepare and serve and most importantly to work on teamwork and problem solving skills.
