On Monday, 28 August, Elise Miles of Year 11 competed in the Area 3 Finals for the Rotary Public Speaking Competition.  Elise not only had to deliver a five-minute speech regarding the Rotary 4-way test, she also had a two-minute impromptu speech with 30 seconds of preparation time.

Elise represented the College with great esteem and was the winner on the evening.  Elise will now progress representing Area 3 Taree Rotary Club in the coming weeks, hopefully progressing to the State finals in Dubbo.

We wish Elise well for the next stage of competition.
